1. We come to your home or place of choice.
2. We take an impression in an all-natural organic clay of the left hand and the right foot or of the items you wish to bronze. We use a little baby powder to cover the clay and cover the hand and foot to avoid sticking.
3. Once the impressions are taken, we help you design your traditional set, shadow box, or whatever item you have chosen and then accept your payment.
4. Your order is then sent to our headquarters in Alabama for completion.
5. Your Patty-Cakes or Patty-Paws will be shipped directly to you in approximately 12 weeks.

We come to you either at home or a place of your choosing. We then very carefully make your family member’s impressions in all natural clay.

Most items come in bronze or silver. Specialty items may be available in pewter or gold. Please check item description or contact us to find out more

Yes. However, we do try to take an impression for each item ordered. This way the details in the hands and feet are more vivid on each item ordered.

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. However, there is an additional processing fee when a credit card is used. We also accept cash and check. In the event of a returned check, there is a $25.00 service fee charged.

In most cases, yes. Any Patty-Cakes and Patty-Paws items can be interchanged and we can bronze items that you don't see on our website. Please contact us for more information.

We use natural clay to take the impressions when we are able to come to your location. We typically see better quality results when we do the impressions for you. This is where our expertise can make a difference.

When we are unable to come to your location due to distance, the kits are a great option to capture a specific moment in time of your precious one.

Patty-Cakes International offers a lifetime warranty on hand and foot bronzing.  It is guaranteed not to break, chip, or flake off. Tarnish is not covered. Use only a soft, clean, dry cloth to wipe your Patty-Cakes.

If repairs are ever needed, the home office will reassemble the item for free, but the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Any items needing repair should be shipped to:

Yes, our headquarters is in Montgomery, Alabama and all bronzing is done in the United States.
